So its been two weeks since I started doing these exercises and its measurement day!!!
So since I started I have been doing the buns and thigh workout everyday and alternate days I do either the circle for beginners or the maximum burn aerobic workout.
The buns and thighs is a great workout, still hurts like a bitch but hey no pain no gain!! Im getting pretty good at the circle pilates now. I am able to stretch out the body and hold in a controlled fashion as apposed to my first attempt which was anything but controlled!! Its all about practice. It all makes your POWERHOUSE stronger and stronger.
I have been doing the workouts 5-6 days out of the week so todays workout will make it my twelfth workout!
I keep thinking about what Mari says:
"'After 10 sessions you will feel a difference, after 20 you will see a difference and after 30 everybody else will see a difference"

After 10 sessions I definately feel firmer and my boyfriend has also noticed a change. I should reach my 30th workout in the next 4 weeks, lets see how I look then! But I am feeling confident!! I might even do a before and after shot!
Now down to the nitty gritty, as I said its measurement day. So since I have started I have lost a solid 2 pounds. It may not sound like much but you are supposed to lose a pound a week for healthy and lang lasting weight loss and that is what I have done! Next is the body measurements. Well I didnt quite reach the 10" in 2 weeks goal that Mari talks about but I got pretty damn close at 9.5" all over.
So now I am zero-ing on session 20 and losing a few more inches. Im not sure what to expect this week but only time will tell.
